PRIVACY
1. By filling out the Pupil’s Info Sheet and providing the school of the pupils and parents’ personal data, you agree to the collection, use and processing of the personal data, in accordance with this policy.
2. All information collected from the pupils will be treated with confidentiality and integrity and will only be used for school and Department of Education purposes.
3. You allow the school to use and process the pupil’s personal data collected for the purpose of registration and enrolment in the school.
4. In particular, the following are our purposes why we will be collecting pupil’s personal data:

To collect information on the registration of the pupils to be used for proper identification and security purposes upon enrolment in the school;

To allow the school to have a list of enrolled pupils that will serve as our guide preparing the Identification Cards, Report Cards (F-138) and Permanent Record (F10).

To be used in the Learner’s Information System of the Department of Education and Barangay Health Center of the Department of Health.

To serve as the school’s directory to reach out to you regarding the school's activities, changes in policy and pupil’s emergency issues.

Photographs taken will be used for documenting the school activities, publishing of school paper, yearbook and class picture, and announcement of winners from various contests (printed tarpaulin),

CCTV footages will only be used to aid an investigation regarding disciplinary issues.
5. The school will take all steps reasonably necessary and appropriate to ensure that the pupil’s personal data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and with applicable privacy laws and regulations (including the Philippine Data Act of 2012 and its implementing rules and regulations).
