REQUIREMENTS

Form 138 (Report Card) with a minimum general average of 80% for transferees

Photocopy of birth Certificate

Entrance Exam (for Elementary transferees)
PROCEDURES
-
Present admission requirements to the registrar for validation.

Secure and fill out the information sheet.
-
Pay all the fees at the cashier’s office.
-
Get list of materials to bring on the first day of school.
POLICY A
Failure to disclose any pre-existing medical condition whether physical, mental or behavioral may result in the school's refusal to admit the pupil.
POLICY B
The school has the right to refuse admission of any pupil who failed to pass the assessment both in written test and interview.
